HAPPY NOO YEAR!!!

I'm trying not to begin my first post of the year with a cliched line, but owing to a deficiency in vocabulary and phrase building skills, I'll just take the easy way out and use it.

Another year passes by, and it's time to look forward to a new and rather more interesting year that lies ahead. It's funny how people look upon a new year as an empty page which they can fill, regardless of what was written on the page just turned. But then, that does make sense to me as I've never been one to dwell on the past any more than is absolutely required.

People make resolutions for the New Year. Very few live upto even a fraction of their respective resolutions. For me, resolutions hold a different meaning. They represent things which I would want to do, given an adequate and emminently more acceptable explanation. Because I've never done anything my whole life (atleast that I can remember/recollect) that I didn't first justify to myself. Doing things for the heck of it just doesn't cut it with me. It's like being retardedly(?) aimless in your life. Though that is something that I've been accused of quite a few times.

My resolutions/wishes for this year would be:

1. Give up certain habits (totally and for good) of mine that don't quite endear me to certain people.

2. Be more responsible.

3. Try to grow up. Finally.

I really can't say which of these, if any, I'll actually end up fulfilling, given the recent dearth of explanations for my actions. So if you think that you have a reason for me to do any of the above, please tell me.

I can barely type, given my state of near exhaustion, but still have since certain people asked me to write today. No more for today though.

Cheers!
