Given that I recieved 2 very interesting comments to my previous post, I thought I should atleast clear out what I meant in that post.

I agree with you on the case of us having to be the leaders and administrators of tomorrow. But just think about it, how many ppl u know actually want to join any of the services, giving up the charm of all the money there to be made in the private sector? Would you, honestly? I have first hand experience of life in the services, and it isn't quite the bed of roses that it's made out to be. Even if you stick to a certain path, the frustration gets to you eventually. It really is the pits.

But seriously, the step that you talk about has to be taken, and taken soon. The only problem is that we all look to the other to take the lead. And I'm honest enuff to accept that even i'm one of them. It's just the way this country works, i'm afraid. We'll get there someday, I know. Just that it's gonna be a long hard road to that end.
